Responsibilities
* Develop relationships with existing and new clientele.
* Maintain the sites’ structured database using agreed systems to provide regular, systematic reports showing activity, contacts, communications, sales progress, sales analysis and potential areas for sales, profit and lost opportunities.
* Ensuring that we always provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible experience but working together as a strong team.

Lexus Swindon is part of the larger Fish Brothers group – a family run dealer group based in Swindon and the surrounding area. Fish Brothers was established in 1948 and is very much a family run business, with employees having direct access to Directors. We recruit and promote from within where possible and are passionate about the development of our employees, facilitating further training and development.
Remuneration and Benefits
* OTE £50k per annum

To apply you must have
* A full UK driving licence.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel to training sessions.
* Professional appearance and high standards of verbal and written communication.
* Good level of general education; GCSE English and Maths, ideally A Levels or equivalent qualification.
* IT skills (MS Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
