OXBO are partnered with a leader in the UK renewable energy industry. With a portfolio spanning battery storage, renewables and energy trading.
As they continue to scale, they’re looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to drive growth across commercial, SME, and industrial customers.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for winning new business and managing key relationships across both direct sales and Third Party Intermediary (TPI) sales channels.

What you will be doing:
* Drive new business acquisition across commercial, SME, and industrial sectors.
* Develop and manage relationships with TPI partners to maximise sales channels.
* Create and present tailored energy proposals, pricing, and contracts.
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
* Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
* Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
* Track sales activity, forecasts, and performance via CRM systems.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
What you will bring:
* 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales (energy sector experience advantageous).
* Degree educated in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
