Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, professionally welcoming clients into the showroom
* Understand customer requirements and present bespoke recommendations aligned with lifestyle needs and budget
* Prepare detailed quotations and proposals using in-house quoting and presentation systems
* Advise clients on relevant compliance and regulatory considerations where applicable
* Manage and maintain accurate client records via the CRM system
* Proactively manage and progress a live sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up
* Take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial enquiry through to signed agreement
* Work towards and exceed individual revenue and performance targets
* Uphold the company's premium brand standards across all client interactions
Qualifications
* Proven background in consultative, high-value sales
* Experience within luxury retail, property, interiors, or similar premium sectors preferred
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
* Confident using CRM systems, quoting tools, and presentation platforms
* Strong commercial awareness and closing capability
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with high-net-worth clientele
