What Youll Be Doing: Managing employee lifecycle admin from onboarding to exits Generating contracts & employee documentation Maintaining accurate HR data Supporting managers and employees with people queries Collaborating across departments (Payroll, Recruitment, etc.) Taking notes in key meetings and driving process improvements Skills Necessary: Proven admin experience (HR admin a bonus!)
