ONE Cook is required for an immediate start at Lisgarel, Larne. This position is 30 hours per week, worked on a rota basis, which may include working weekends. Typical working hours will be between 8am and 6pm. This is a Band 3 position, with the rate of pay being between £12.75 up to £21.55 per hour, depending on shift. This is a temporary position for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extensions. The main duties of this role will include: Preparing and cooking meals in line with set menus and dietary requirements. Ensuring food is prepared, cooked, and served to a high standard. Maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. Receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies in accordance with food safety regulations. Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues, as required. Assisting with additional catering duties to support the service. What we need from you Previous experience working with a Catering setting. Willingness to complete an enhanced Access NI Check.
