Sales Executive (Plastic & Polymers Division)

Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in plastic raw material sales.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies effectively.
* Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance.
* Handle international sales and expand the company’s reach.
* Travel will be involved as & when required by management to meet business objectives.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plastic industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
