Job Summary
Experienced Quality professional needed to join as a Quality Manager covering major civil engineering operations.
Responsibilities
* Providing quality and system related support to regional projects before, during and after construction.
* Supporting training, technical knowledge and lessons learned sharing with regional teams and peers.
* Reviewing root causes to identify improvements to the management system to prevent recurrence.
* Offering guidance and support to regional teams in the correct use of core tools and systems.
* Presenting monthly reports for Regional Directors and summary reports for the Board.
* Providing technical support and advice on quality issues to support effective quality control and quality assurance management.
Qualifications
* Degree level education or equivalent in a relevant subject matter.
* Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC).
* Knowledge of EDMS systems.
* Comprehensive understanding of document control processes including ISO 19650.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Lead Auditor/Assessor ISO 9001 qualification.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
Benefits
An annual salary of £65,000‑£75,000, plus accommodation and travel package, based on qualifications and experience.
