We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Sales & Move Coordinator in our organization.
Responsibilities:
* Primary point of contact for clients throughout their moving process.
* Coordinate and schedule pre-move surveys to assess client needs.
* Develop and present tailored moving plans and quotations to clients.
* Liaise with operations teams to confirm bookings and allocate resources.
* Manage storage accounts, including documentation and invoicing.
* Oversee all aspects of the move via our CRM system, from acceptance to billing.
* Prepare necessary paperwork for moving crews and manage supplier charges.
* Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to ensure smooth operations.
* Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the move.
