Overview
Our Field Based Business Developers are vital for our business to grow. Your role is to build strong relationships with existing and potential new account holders, gaining new accounts through a variety of methods to achieve and exceed targets. You will ensure that the account base across each depot consistently grows and give new customers a full understanding of the Howdens model and its benefits. You will collaborate with Business Developers and Kitchen Sales Designers to convert sales, ensuring a higher sale per account and more frequent trading. You actively participate in sales meetings chaired by the Lead Sales Representative to share best practices with other Field Based Business Developers in the area.
Responsibilities
You have a lot of autonomy in this role, seeking new business opportunities and organising your own diary to develop the customer base in each depot within the territory.
