Our client is a national contractor who is in need of a reliable freelance site manager to oversee holiday cover on their newbuild commercial project in the Caernarfon area. This role will see you No. 1 on site, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining H&S on site.
As Site Manager, you will:
* Maintain H&S
* Ensure Programming is met
* Organise Subcontractors and Labour
* Coordinate with clients and the design team
* Ensure QA is up to specification
What you'll have:
* Previous commercial build experience
* SMSTS, CSCS, & First Aid are essential
* Live locally in the North Wales area (we do not offer working away for this role)
* Previous UK experience is essential
