Site Managers - East Sussex A contractor in East Sussex is looking to appoint two Site Managers in the next 3 months to work on new build social housing schemes in Sussex. The first is a site in Bexhill where the successful Site Manager will deliver circa 20 new build houses from start to finish. The company has a strong client base across local authority, housing associations and a small number of developers. Generally delivering projects from £1M - £8M in value in the new build residential markets. Site Managers interested in the role could be suitable if they meet the following criteria; * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certification all in date * Considerable previous Site Management experience delivering multi-unit residential projects from start to finish * Have a stable employment history of permanent employment with well known main contractors or developers. * A supportive and approachable management style. * Currently live within 1 hours commute to Bexhill.
