Your Responsibilities
* Publish job adverts across various recruitment channels.
* Screen and select candidates independently, coordinating interviews and conducting phone interviews.
* Keep applicants updated via phone, email, and text.
* Act as the friendly first point of contact for all external recruitment inquiries.
* Support and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers.
* Attend external career fairs to promote Lidl as an employer of choice.
What You’ll Need
* Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and database management.
* Previous recruitment experience is essential.
* A confident telephone manner and exceptional communication skills.
* A friendly, ‘can do’ attitude with excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to multi-task and a keen eye for detail.
