Base pay range
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources within the FMCG industry, ensuring processes align with business needs and compliance standards.
A well established business who are specialist's in the niche field with approx 70 employees.
Description
* Lead the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, reporting, and standard processes to support business needs
* Review and improve HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day operations
* Provide HR advice and guidance to managers across departments, particularly around employee relations and best practice
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, and contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies
* Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives
* Manage the accuracy and integrity of personnel records and internal HR databases, ensuring all HR documentation such as contracts and letters is prepared and maintained in line with company standards and legal requirements
* Produce and present regular reports on HR activity to support decision-making
Profile
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR Advisor/Generalist role, with some experience at HR Manager level
* Strong understanding of current employment law and HR best practice
* Working towards or achieved CIPD Level 5
* Confident in coaching and advising managers at all levels
* Demonstrable experience in managing recruitment processes
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
* Experience implementing HR strategy, communications, and engagement initiatives (desirable)
Job Offer
* A salary range of £35000 to £45000 per annum, depending on experience.
* 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
