Expert are working in partnership with this Eglinton based Client to recruit a HR Administrator, on a full time, permanent basis. Position: HR Administrator The Role We are looking for an Administrator to join our HR team. Reporting directly to the HR manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources function across several processes. Duties & responsibilities (not limited to) Maintaining automated and manual staff details and ensuring our records are always up to date in line with business and legislative requirement Preparing and issuing offer letters /emails Assisting with new starter paperwork, chasing outstanding documents DBS, reference & eligibility checks for new employees where appropriate Ensuring Right to Work documentation is received and monitored Preparing all documentation for employees relating to contract changes, internal transfers, including job title and salary changes, in line with current legislation and Company policies Providing administrative support to the HR Manager in employee relation meetings Monitoring and ensuring that probationary reviews are completed; issuing probationary letters and employment contracts; following up on training plans Preparing outcome letters for formal meetings including disciplinary and grievance letters General administration, scanning and filing Maintaining our on-line HR system daily and producing monthly reports Deal with staff queries on policies or procedures Manage absence in line with the Absence Policy and address any issues accordingly General admin and any other duties as required Required Education, Skills and Qualifications It is essential applicants have strong Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel & Outlook. We are ideally looking to recruit someone with proven administration experience but a willingness to adapt, learn and follow instruction is also important. A minimum of 2-3-years relevant experience is essential and CIPD Level 3 in Hr management.
