Senior Site Manager
Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager? Do you have experience with civils to project completion?
A construction company in Durham is seeking to employ a Senior Site Manager to manage a school project covering civils to completion. The right candidate must have experience working with externals, new builds and internals.
The role is to start immediately and is for 200 weeks.
Role
1. Monday to Friday
2. £320 per day umbrella (PAYE also available)- rate negotiable for the right person

Responsibilities
6. Collaborate with project stakeholders, subcontractors and local authorities.
7. Supervise all trades and labour, as well as co-ordinate the activities of all the trades and disciplines involved on the site so that all operations.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity.
9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
10. Supervising a large team.
11. Monitor and manage site budget and expenses.
12. Strong knowledge of construction and working processes.
13. Strong experience working on facades/cladding/externals.
14. Strong experience working on school extensions/new builds.
15. Experience working on heritage buildings.
16. Project planning.
17. Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or staff members.
18. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activities.
19. Maintain the site diary and arrange meetings with customers/clients.
20. Toolbox talks.
Requirements
21. SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid Certificate.
22. Strong communication, leadership and management skills.
23. Proficient in using computer software related to site management.
