Great opportunity for a Group HR Manager to join this expanding global hotel company.
Based in London, this is a brand new position reporting directly into the Group HR Director. My client has hotels based in all major European cities, along with a growing US and Asia portfolio.
With circa 1200 employees worldwide (and growing quickly) this will be a hands-on position, which for the first 6 months will have a system focus. Including, identifying system efficiencies, reviewing HR processes and working with the HRIS provider to ensure it is fit for purpose as the business grows.
Alongside this the role of Group HR Manager will also be responsible for;
* the Group HR Director on complex employee relation cases when required, chairing disciplinary and grievance hearing as required ensuring all cases are completed in a timely and professional manner.
* with the on site General Managers on all HR related activity
* and lead the Hotel Managers and Head of Departments to create a culture of high performance and develop employee engagement to support business operational goals.
* and lead where appropriate, on global culture and people development initiatives.
This is a truly exciting role for a HR Manager to join a growing and fast paced hotel business at a global level.
