Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Slough. The Sales Executive will engage with potential customers to understand their requirements, provide tailored vehicle leasing solutions, and deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, building relationships with clients and maintaining product knowledge to offer informed recommendations. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong telephone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer relationship management and communication abilities
Knowledge of car leasing and fleet management or willingness to learn about these areas, including electric vehicles.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple clients effectively
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Experience in the automotive or leasing industry is a plus
Valid driver's license and familiarity with the UK automobile market is an advantage
Performance Expectations
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for gross profit and invoiced revenue.
Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction throughout the entire purchasing journey.

The uncapped commission scheme is generous and rewards success in generating revenue for AFL from the deals you close.
The holiday entitlement starts at 24 days (plus Bank Holidays) and rises to a maximum of 30 days with service.
