RMS Recruitment are currently hiring for an experienced and motivated Driver Recruiter to join a leading automotive client in the Wix area. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role focused on recruiting, onboarding, and retaining drivers to support ongoing operational growth and continuity within the Road business.

2. Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (Negotiable)
3. Contract: Permanent
4. Requirement:Full UK Driving Licence Essential
The Role:
As a Driver Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for drivers from sourcing and interviewing candidates through to onboarding and retention. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a consistent supply of qualified, engaged drivers while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Sourcing
5. Proactively source driver candidates using social media platforms and digital recruitment tools
6. Conduct daily searches across job boards and recruitment channels
7. Maintain a strong presence on Facebook and other recruitment platforms
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates
9. Promote the business and driver opportunities effectively
10. Clearly explain role requirements, company operations, and employment terms
11. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout recruitment activities
2. Onboarding & Pre-Start Coordination
12. Manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through to start date
13. Maintain regular communication with drivers before their start date
14. Send pre-start documentation, checklists, and joining instructions
15. Ensure all onboarding arrangements are completed accurately and on time
3. Driver Retention
16. Support ongoing driver engagement and retention activities
17. Act as a key point of contact for drivers
18. Build positive working relationships and address concerns proactively
19. Help create a positive employee experience
About You:
20. Previous recruitment experience, ideally within logistics, transport, automotive, or operational environments
21. Confident using social media and digital sourcing tools for recruitment
22. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
23. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
24. High attention to detail and compliance awareness
25. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
26. Full UK Driving Licence required
