Permanent Site Manager – Refurbishment Project – Hull / Humber Area
Location: Hull (Humber Region)
Salary: £50,000 + £3.5k Car allowance

I am seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join the business on a permanent basis, working initially on a refurbishment project in Hull and supporting our expanding programme across the Humber region.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As Site Manager you will be a key leader on site, responsible for the successful delivery of a major refurbishment project in Hull. You will plan, manage and co-ordinate all site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule and to the high quality standards the client is known for.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Lead and manage all day-to-day site operations for a refurbishment contract in Hull.
•Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
•Coordinate subcontractors and supply chain partners to maintain programme and quality.
•Communicate effectively with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
•Oversee site progress, quality control and efficient resource allocation.
•Prepare reports, site diaries and attend progress meetings.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
•Proven Site Management experience within construction (refurbishment experience).
•Strong knowledge of current UK health and safety legislation and best practice.
•Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
•The ability to motivate teams and manage logistics across multidisciplinary works.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Relevant construction qualifications and CSCS / SMSTS (or equivalent).
