* Location: Derby
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working required
* Salary: £20,000 Basic (£40‑50,000 OTE uncapped)

Responsibilities
* Meet, greet and build a natural rapport with customers arriving at the store
* Deliver a no‑pressure sales service to identify and anticipate customer needs
* Complete face‑to‑face quotes on chosen and recommended vehicles in line with customer needs
* Upsell relevant products and finance where appropriate
* Complete the handover process with customers, ensuring a high level of service
* Liaise with key departments to ensure outstanding service and manage expectations
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence is essential
* Proven track record of sales or excellent customer service
* Experience in a sales environment or working to targets is beneficial
* Experience selling financial products is beneficial – training will be provided
* Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers quickly
* Flexibility to work weekend shifts
