We are working with a successful federation of three primary schools in the North London area seeking an empathetic and proactive HR Manager. The Role & Responsibilities Supporting the Executive Headteacher, you will handle the vital "behind-the-scenes" personnel work that allows teachers to focus on their pupils. Change Management: Leading on the harmonisation of contracts and policies across all three federation sites during a period of growth. Absence & Wellbeing: Implementing the "Healthy Heads" strategy to monitor staff sickness and design proactive mental health support initiatives. Performance Management: Managing the annual appraisal cycle for support staff and providing training for line managers on effective feedback. Liaison & Payroll: Acting as the primary link between the schools and the central payroll provider to ensure 100% accuracy in staff remuneration. Requirements Degree: Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience. Experience: Previous HR experience within an education or public sector setting is essential. Right to Work: Valid right to work in the UK is required. Salary & Contract Details Salary Range: £38,000 – £46,000 (M1 – UPS3 equivalent pro-rata) Hours: 3 Days Per Week (Part-time) | Permanent | ASAP Start
