Job Title: Quality Manager This position oversees the Quality Management System (QMS), leads continuous improvement efforts, and supports company growth through strategic quality initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Evaluate the current ISO 9001-certified QMS and recommend enhancements. * Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 and all relevant industry and regulatory requirements. * Assess future personnel needs within the quality team to support business growth. * Provide training and mentorship on quality standards, tools, and practices. * Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and similar methodologies. * Analyse quality metrics to monitor trends and drive decision-making. * Respond promptly to customer quality concerns, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. * Work collaboratively with suppliers to maintain high standards for incoming materials. * Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, audits, corrective actions, and compliance activities.
