Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise day-to-day operations on the site. Responsible for driving the program and delivering quality products for customers. Responsibility for all health and safety and NHBC related activity on site. Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Manage project budgets and resources efficiently. Providing leadership and mentoring to the site team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance. Ensuring first-class customer service through walkarounds / handovers. The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following: A proven track record delivering new build construction projects. Strong management skills to demonstrate confidence and comfort when liaising with all relevant stakeholders. Up to date SMSTS and First Aid certificates, Black CSCS Card and understanding of the NHBC /LABC/Premier standards.
