* Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 D.O.E
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
* Location: Runcorn

What will you be doing as the HR Manager?
* Supporting managers with day-to-day employee relations matters
* Managing performance issues and guiding managers through people situations
* Coordinating pay reviews and salary changes
* Making sure employee records, contracts and documentation are accurate and up to date
* Identifying where processes can be improved and helping put better systems in place
* Supporting recruitment activity
What do you need to be considered for the role of HR Manager?
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or above
* Previous experience working in a hands-on HR Manager role
* Strong experience managing employee relations cases
