Site Manager - North London - New build offices
A Site Manager is required to have oversight of internal fit out packages on a large new build commercial project in North London. The scheme has been on site for 12 months and consists of a multi storey office building, contract value circa £80m.
The Site Manager will be expected to join their existing team and assist them in the management and delivery of the project under a site based Project Manager.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a tier one main contractor and would have delivered office fit out projects from 1st fix onwards. Your main duties will include management of all relevant sub-contractors and direct staff, health and safety talks, inspecting works pre and post works, liaising with the client, attending progress meetings and the general delivery of the programme.
