Success Recruit is delighted to be working alongside a global manufacturing leader, currently seeking an Interim HR Manager to join their dynamic and well-established team based in Central Essex on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a meaningful impact by supporting the existing HR Manager whilst they are managing a significant HRIM project from inception to completion with the day to day running of the HR department. You will report directly to the HR Director and work closely with the HR Partner and a part-time HR Assistant. The successful Interim HR Manager will ideally have: * A Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management / CIPD Level 7 qualification or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar HR management role * Proven experience in delivering effective HR strategies, preferably within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment * Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law * Excellent communication skills and solid experience in both recruitment and employee relations The successful Interim HR Manager will be rewarded with: * A chance to join a respected global and family-run brand * Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team dedicated to continuous improvement * Free on-site parking As Interim HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping people strategies and supporting business growth during a transformative period. You will work alongside a supportive HR team in a company that values its people and culture on a FTC for 6 months. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals * Ensuring HR policies, procedures, and processes comply with current legislation * Managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring proper budget authorisation and compliance * Supporting hiring managers during interviews and ensuring contractor engagements meet IR35 regulations * Negotiating terms with external providers as required * Overseeing training programmes and ensuring all employees receive the development support they need * Advising on a range of employee relations matters including absence management, conduct, capability, grievances, and organisational changes * Assisting with compensation and benefits reviews to maintain competitive packages * Monitoring staff retention and engagement * Promoting and guiding access to the company’s wellbeing and employee support services * Analysing HR data and preparing monthly reports for the Board and Leadership Teams * Coordinating and delivering quarterly staff meetings * Acting as the Health & Safety representative for office-based employees * Carrying out any other reasonable HR-related duties as required This is an ideal role for someone who is available immediately or on a short notice period and looking to join a business where people truly matter.
