Senior Sales Executive – Manufacturing Technology

Location: Germany (Remote with regular travel to client sites and European HQ)

Salary: Competitive base + double OTE (Uncapped)

We’re working with a global SaaS business that has over 40 years’ experience delivering specialist software to the manufacturing industry. Their solutions are trusted by enterprise manufacturers worldwide to optimise production, streamline operations, and solve complex industrial challenges across sectors including paper, packaging, plastics, metals, and industrial materials.

With a strong international footprint and growing demand across Europe, they’re now hiring a Senior Sales Executive to spearhead new client acquisition and revenue growth in the German market.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to join a well-established but rapidly scaling software business at a pivotal stage of growth in Europe. You’ll lead sales efforts in Germany, working directly with enterprise manufacturers to deliver complex, high-value software solutions that drive measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Develop and execute new business sales strategies across the German manufacturing market
2. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to close
3. Deliver impactful presentations and solution-led demonstrations to senior stakeholders
4. Build strong, long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner
5. Collaborate with presales, marketing, and leadership to align on go-to-market plans
6. Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings across Germany and wider Europe

What We’re Looking For

7. 2-5 years of SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial technology
8. Strong track record of winning new business and closing six-figure+ deals
9. Experience selling into C-level and senior operational stakeholders
10. Fluent German and English language skills (essential)
11. Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder, and long-cycle sales processes
12. Consultative, solution-led approach – familiarity with Challenger or similar methodologies preferred
