This role involves hands-on work with CyberArk components, migration projects, integration, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strong knowledge of CyberArk components : Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, Disaster Recovery Vault, AAM. Implementation and migration of CyberArk On-Premise and SaaS solutions. Strong understanding of Active Directory, Unix, and Windows systems, and network protocols. Hands-on experience scanning servers for private/public SSH keys using the CyberArk DNA tool. Analyze use cases, functional specifications, knowledge transfers, and technical designs. Application debugging and problem-solving for privileged access issues. Onboard various platform accounts in CyberArk (Cloud, Database, etc.). Create Master Policies and configure the CPM to rotate passwords. Create safes according to standard naming conventions and associate global groups with appropriate permissions. Platform creation and management. Custom user/directory mapping. End-to-end access management and troubleshooting authentication/connectivity issues. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. Monitoring, administration, and troubleshooting of CyberArk components. Generate and maintain CyberArk reports. ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile: Someone who can combine deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills, with experience in both implementation and migration of PAM systems, ideally with hands-on SailPoint IIQ experience.
