Key Responsibilities
* Monitor supplier performance, analyse capacity/load, and ensure production readiness for rate changes.
* Oversee transfer of work and design-change industrialisation activities with suppliers.
* Lead all quality actions: non-conformity resolution, corrective measures, concessions, and formal quality reviews (SARI/QSR).
* Implement and manage APQP and Supplier Quality Improvement Plans (SQIP) for robust prevention and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
* Proven experience in supply chain and quality management within aerospace, automotive, or heavy manufacturing.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and clear, proactive communication.
* Ability to analyse supplier performance data and deliver concise reporting.
* Practical expertise in problem solving and crisis/recovery management.
