Location: Leeds/Hybrid (2 days on site)
Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate or Salary is available for suitable candidates
About the Opportunity
Join our dynamic team in the banking industry as a Power Platform Developer. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming our current processes by developing robust solutions using Power Platform technologies. Your main focus will be on migrating data from MS Excel to SharePoint lists and establishing sustainable data management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Solutions: Design and build an FTE 'database' using SharePoint lists, ensuring seamless data accessibility and management.
2. Automate Processes: Create and implement Power Automate flows to handle change requests raised by the business, enhancing operational efficiency.
3. Reporting: Utilize Power BI to develop comprehensive reporting functionalities that provide insightful analytics to stakeholders.
4. Simplify Architecture: Identify and eliminate barriers to data analysis by automating processes and streamlining legacy systems.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Contribute to process enhancements by gathering feedback and insights from stakeholders to refine solutions.
6. Agile Methodology: Work collaboratively in an agile environment, adapting to evolving project needs and delivering high-quality results.
What You'll Need:
* Power Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong understanding of Power Platform services.
* Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate across all organizational levels.
* Data Presentation: Proficiency in presenting complex data insights through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
* Clear Communication: Ability to convey data insights and recommendations clearly and concisely.
* Creative Problem Solving: Strong skills to tackle data challenges with innovative solutions.
* Automation Knowledge: Understanding of automation principles with practical experience.
