We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Labourer to join a busy and growing team. This is a hands-on role requiring confidence with handheld tools and the ability to read technical drawings.
🔨 Key Responsibilities:

Operating hand and power tools on-site or in a workshop environment
*
Reading and working from technical drawings to carry out tasks accurately
*
Supporting tradespeople with installations, fittings, or general construction
*
Maintaining health & safety and cleanliness across work areas
*
Performing general labouring duties as needed
✅ Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a labouring role
*
Skilled in the use of handheld and power tools
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*
Physically fit and able to work on your feet
*
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
🕒 Shift Information:
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern:
*
Early Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm (£12.50 per hour)
*
Late Shift: 10:00am – 6:00pm (£13.33 per hour)
(Some flexibility may be required depending on workload)

PPE required (hi-vis, safety boots, etc.)
