Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive Location: Hounslow Salary: £25,904.76 Basic Salary Realistic OTE £65,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Working Hours: 40.75 hours per week (1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am - 12:00pm) Benefits: Company vehicle, manufacturer training, career progression, pension, enhanced holidays, health support and additional employee perks ISQ Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a motivated Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join a successful and well-established automotive dealership group within the commercial vehicle sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to develop their career within a recognised commercial vehicle brand environment. The role offers strong earning potential with realistic on-target earnings of £65,000, a company vehicle, and full manufacturer training to support long-term career growth. The successful candidate will focus on building strong relationships with both retail and fleet customers, providing tailored commercial vehicle solutions and supporting businesses in selecting the right vehicles, finance options, and aftersales packages to meet their operational needs. If you have a background in automotive sales, business development, or commercial vehicle sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this role offers an excellent platform to further your career within the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities - Sell a full range of modern light commercial vehicles to retail and fleet customers - Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients - Provide tailored vehicle solutions including finance, service and maintenance packages - Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery - Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards Candidate Requirements - Previous experience in automotive sales or business development - Knowledge of light commercial vehicles or fleet sales would be advantageous - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Full UK driving licence Working Hours Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern: - 8:00am - 5:00pm or - 9:00am - 6:00pm Includes a 60-minute unpaid break and 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00am - 12:00pm) on a rota basis.
