Site Manager - Construction Team Client An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing Construction Team based in Belfast. The company is well established and highly regarded for delivering high-quality construction projects across Northern Ireland, with a strong track record in groundworks, civils and new-build developments. Current and upcoming projects include high-end new-build residential schemes as well as live operational retail environments, such as Maxol and Spar extensions and new-builds. This role requires a hands-on, proactive Site Manager who is comfortable operating in busy, live environments while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and programme delivery. The Ideal Person The successful candidate will demonstrate the following: Proven hands-on building and retail construction experience A strong construction background, ideally originating from a trade discipline Experience managing groundworks, civils and new-build projects (fit-out experience alone is not sufficient) Confidence working within live operational environments, with strict health & safety and public interface requirements A proven ability to manage tight programmes and consistently deliver projects on time Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Willingness and flexibility to travel to sites throughout Northern Ireland Responsibilities As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects across Northern Ireland, including: Day-to-day site management of groundworks, civils and new-build construction projects Proactive supervision of trades and subcontractors, ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship Managing site workflow, scheduling and programme delivery within fast-paced, live environments Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures, RAMS and all site compliance requirements Liaising with clients, project managers, design teams and retail partners to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery Maintaining productivity, quality control and overall site efficiency from project commencement through to completion Remuneration £50,000 per annum plus a company benefits package.
