The role is offered on an initial maternity cover basis with the potential for longer-term or permanent opportunities within neighbouring sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR Business Partner or HR Manager to gain exposure within a global manufacturing organisation and partner with the Senior Management Team whilst having the support of an HR Administrator, a highly experienced Senior HR Manager and the wider HR team. As HR Manager, you will take ownership and have full autonomy of HR Operations on the company's Coleraine premise. Duties include: Take ownership of the site HR function, ensuring HR activity supports both operational needs and longer-term business objectives. Provide practical HR support to managers and employees across the site, acting as a key point of contact for people-related matters. Manage and resolve employee relations cases, ensuring outcomes are fair, consistent and aligned with employment legislation. Coordinate recruitment and induction activity, promoting inclusive hiring and a strong candidate experience. Support learning, development and engagement initiatives that encourage collaboration and continuous improvement. Advise leaders on performance management, talent development and future resourcing needs. Manage and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are clearly communicated and consistently applied. Produce HR data and reports to support workforce planning, trend analysis and decision-making. Play an active role in organisational change and site-wide improvement initiatives from a people perspective. Monitor and adjust payroll administration and work in partnership with finance on budgets and workforce costs. What will you require as HR Manager? Experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager Skilled in Employee Relations, Recruitment and HR Policy Development Proven experience in liaising with stakeholders, conducting employee engagement activities and performance management activities.
