HR Administrator – 6 Month FTC

We have an exciting new opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our well-established team at Iris Care Group.
Please note this position is a 6 Month fixed term contract

Key Responsibilities:
11. Scan and upload employee documents into the HR system accurately and efficiently.
12. Maintain and update digital personnel files, ensuring all records are complete and compliant.
13. Auditing of employee files to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
14. Support the HR/Recruitment team with general administrative tasks as needed.
15. Respond to internal queries regarding employee documentation and records.
What we are Looking For:
16. Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred but not essential).
17. Strong attention to detail
18. Comfortable working with scanning and using HR systems/databases.
19. Good organisational and time management skills.
