Job Description
Key responsibilities will consist of:
3. Lead and manage the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional service.
4. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
5. Providing continuous assistance to team members handling orders, complaints, and delivery challenges.
6. Generating regular reports for senior management to track sales and identify slow-moving items.
7. Maintaining frequent communication with customers via email, phone, or in-person visits to nurture relationships and resolve any concerns.
8. Conducting an annual customer satisfaction survey, analysing feedback, and implementing improvement strategies based on the results.
9. Handle complex customer service issues and oversee resolution.
10. Monitor and analyse performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
11. Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure continued development.
12. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
13. Regularly monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency.
14. Accurately managing and inputting orders into MPL/FRA and Presto platforms to meet customer requirements.
15. Guiding international stores on prioritising deliveries as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Manager should have:
16. Have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a customer managerial position
17. Strong abilities to communicate with team
18. Have strong leadership skills and have the ability to motivate and direct other team members
19. Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
20. Have strong attention to detail
21. Work well within a fast-paced environment
22. Ideal knowledge of the manufacturing industry
23. Ideal know-how of sales order processing & invoice inputting processes
24. Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
