We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Fitness Instructor at Places Leisure. You will work in a lively, engaging environment alongside like-minded individuals. Your role is to inspire others, motivate, and provide personalized health and fitness advice aligned with each customer's goals.
Applicants should hold a minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification. Ideally, candidates will also hold CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3, but we support motivated individuals in achieving this through our development programs.
This role offers pathways for career growth, including providing personal training, expanding your client base, or progressing to a Fitness Manager position. We provide ongoing training and support, including assistance with Level 3 qualifications and customer service skills.
The role also involves Placemaking and Recreational Assistant duties on site.

* You prioritize customer needs and can build meaningful relationships.
* A Level 3 PT qualification is advantageous; opportunities for personal training are available on/off shift for qualified individuals.
* You are committed to personal development and staying updated with industry trends.
* You can conduct inductions and ensure equipment safety.
* You are comfortable working with clients of all abilities, setting and monitoring fitness programs.
* You can run personal training and small group sessions, and are proactive in client acquisition through face-to-face interactions and basic marketing.
* You work well within a team to maintain clean and safe facilities, adhering to regulations and standards.
