The Head of People will have a strategic and hands-on role:
Serve as the primary HR contact for Regional and Home Managers.
Provide practical advice on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance care quality and leadership.
Collaborate with external HR advisers for legal and complex case support.
Deliver training and coaching to embed policies and improve management practices.
Lead policy development and standardisation across the organisation.

About You
The ideal candidate for the Head of People role will have:
Significant HR experience in the elderly social care sector.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
Experience in a standalone or senior HR role with minimal internal infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
Willingness to travel and work across multiple sites.
