O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager for an industrial project in Liverpool. The successful candidate must have site supervision experience, Civils/Groundworks experience is essential along with a strong knowledge of the latest building regulations. An Immediate start is available. Role: -Supervision of the construction on site -Ability to oversee all civil/groundworks on site. -Maintaining site diary - recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities -Attending weekly management team meeting for the construction team -Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site -Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards -Great attention to detail Requirements: -Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications. -Site supervision experience with a trades background. -Must have civil works experience -Ability to read and understand construction drawings -Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards. -A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects. -Must have the ability to manage the multi-disciplinary teams of contactors & site operatives.
