About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our Digital Services team. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining marketing automation solutions that enhance student experiences and drive strategic outcomes. As a technical leader, you’ll collaborate across teams to ensure architectural alignment, promote best practices, and support continuous improvement in delivery and operations.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
* Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline deployment and reduce manual effort.
* Collaborate on the creation and documentation of target architectures, standards, and reusable patterns.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting alignment and innovation.
* Support integration and data sharing using approved tools to enable trusted decision‑making.
* Participate in knowledge‑sharing activities like show‑and‑tell sessions to celebrate success and foster learning.
Who We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud architect and/or administrator.
* Strong background in implementing strategic architectural changes and software migrations.
* Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD practices, and automation to support agile delivery.
* Understanding of SaaS solutions within complex architectural landscapes.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Awareness of architecture frameworks and patterns, with strong organisational and decision‑making skills.
