For the successful Handyman our client is offering:
1. Up to £28,000 (D.O.E)
2. Mon - Fri 8am to 4:30pm
3. Permanent Position
4. 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays
5. Company van and tools
6. Paid travel time
The role - Handyman:
7. Mobile building services role working in various offices and leisure centre
8. Covering general building repairs (fixing doors, basic plumbing, fire extinguisher checks etc.)
9. Completing emergency lighting checks and fire extinguisher checks
10. PPM and reactive maintenance
11. Client facing role
What our client is looking for in a Handyman:
12. Previous experience in a building services or facilities management role
13. C&G/ NVQ or equivalent in a building/ construction trade (Preferred)
14. Driver's license (essential)
15. Good customer service skills
