What you will do as a Quality Manager Lead the charge on continuous quality improvement across apprenticeships, adult learning, partnerships and corporate services Track achievement, retention and destination data like a quality detective, always looking for the next improvement opportunity Design and implement a Corporate Services Quality Framework that actually works (and people want to use!) Manage the Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Plan processes (because you know a good SAR is worth its weight in gold!) Collaborate with curriculum leaders, quality teams and external partners to ensure every learner gets a top-tier experience Support inspections and external quality assurance visits like a pro, because you're always "inspection ready"!
