Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and telemarketing, with the ability to leverage CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage customer relationships effectively. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base.
Duties
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
* Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
* Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and competitor activities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
* Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and establish connections.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
