As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talent for Survey Solutions Group. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs, writing job descriptions and adverts, and designing interview processes aligned with best practices. As part of your proactive approach, you will engage in online sourcing to identify and attract active and passive candidates and ensure timely role fulfilment. Ultimately, you will undertake activities to help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute our candidate attraction strategy, focusing on both junior and senior hires.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to write effective job adverts & job descriptions for current openings
* Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
* Administer and promote the employee referral program
* Actively source, identify and approach candidates through online channels & the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), building a database of talent on the ATS
* Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
* Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second round interviews
* Report to hiring managers and the HR Manager on the status of open positions
* Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assessment performance
* Update and create job descriptions & person specifications. Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process
* Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
* Participate in career fairs and conduct presentations at local colleges, schools and universities to boost company’s employer brand and promote a career in surveying
* Work closely with the HR Assistant to onboard new hires
* Liaise with external recruiters and update them on our open roles
* Ensure new roles are approved correctly and keep the ATS updated • Provide a candidate focused and seamless recruitment process for all candidates
* Assist candidates throughout the recruitment process, responding promptly to telephone and email inquiries.
* Guide & train our line managers on recruitment best practice and ensure adherence to the recruitment and hiring policy
Requirements
* Proven experience as an internal recruiter, recruitment consultant/agent or similar role (Min 2 years experience)
* Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably 'workable.'
* Experienced using various interview formats (telephone, video, structured, panel).
* Proven experience identifying, sourcing and attracting passive and active candidates to fill open positions.
* Experience of technical recruitment, and in the engineering and surveying sector

Qualifications / Additional Information
* Right to work in the UK
* Full clean UK driving license
* Able to commute and work from various company offices
* Educated to A-level or College / Apprenticeship equivalent
* CPD or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
