We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our skilled catering team. You will play a key role in enhancing our residents' dining experience by preparing wholesome, flavorful meals tailored to various dietary needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals from scratch in a clean and safe kitchen
* Assist in managing daily catering operations
* Support stock control and food supply orders
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
* Contribute to menu planning to ensure variety and balance
* Support the Head Chef and 2nd Chef in kitchen operations

Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a busy kitchen environment
* Passion for creating fresh, home-cooked meals
* Ability to follow dietary guidelines and care plans
* Experience with food budgeting and recipe costing
* Positive, proactive team player
* Food Hygiene Level 2 or willingness to train
