We're seeking an experienced Dynamics Field Services Technical Consultant to join our team. The role will involve developing extending, implementing and supporting our Dynamics 365 Field Services and related systems. Using your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you'll regularly engage with customers, keeping them informed of progress, ensuring support tickets are logged, triaged and resolved quickly. You'll be responsible for taking the lead in planning, developing and deploying changes and enhancement to our Dynamics Field Services technical solutions, prioritising quality and resilience. You'll join us with an in-depth knowledge of, and experience in supporting and implementing Dynamics 365 Field Services solutions including Field Service Mobile and Resource Scheduling Optimisation. You'll also need the ability to understand business problems and translate them into an appropriate technical solution.
