This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship management, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
THE ROLE:
Join our team as our Internal Recruiter/Resourcer.
You will work as part of a high performing and well-established HR team working with existing and new large-scale well-known customer brands across growth and innovation opportunities.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Conduct thorough job analyses to understand the requirements of open positions.
* Engage in lead generation through various channels including social media management and networking events.
* Screen CV's and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for roles.
* Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
* Collaborate with HRIS systems to ensure accurate data management throughout the recruitment process.
* Provide an exceptional candidate experience for candidates throughout the process ensuring a positive and engaging experience at all times.
* Develop and execute long term recruitment strategies to build a strong and diverse pipeline.
* You will contribute to the Company brand and reputation by excelling in the recruitment arena.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
Be a self-disciplined self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and/or remotely. You will have excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and react to change quickly and positively, you will also ideally have:
* Proven experience in human resources or recruitment, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
* Strong relationship management skills to foster connections with potential candidates and internal teams.
* Familiarity with lead generation techniques and social media management for talent acquisition.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
* Previous FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) and logistics experience would be a benefit.
