Main purpose of the role…
Deliver timely and accurate advice and administration across all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to retention and exit process
Support the HR Manager in the smooth delivery of a high quality HR Service
The first point of contact in HR, responding to employees, line managers and recruitment candidates
Support and maintain HR systems and processes ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, suggesting improvements for streamlining
And much more within this small, dedicated HR team.
CIPD level 3 or Level 5 or working towards is preferred.
