Youll lead a HR team to deliver operational and strategic HR activity focused on HR systems and recruitment in a safety critical unionised environment. Youll balance strategic input with hands on leadership, embedding our values in every decision and interaction and support all stages of the colleague life cycle. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner translating the people plan into measurable actions and outcomes Oversee the HR systems and drive process improvements through data and MI for meaningful insight and decision making, digitising and optimising our processes Lead end to end recruitment, ensuring seamless system led candidate experience supporting our values and EVP Ensure compliance and governance across recruitment and HR operations throughout the colleague lifecycle Build leadership capability, through coaching leaders and promoting our people first, values led culture and decision making, promoting safe, ethical people decisions Requirements Proven experience in system and process improvement through digitising and optimising, whilst managing competing priorities in a fast paced, operationally focused company HR leadership with strong knowledge of HR best practice and appropriate UK employment law across recruitment and HR platforms Data driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills A values led leader with a people first approach, and a passion for delivery, continuous improvement and a hands on approach to leadership At Oxalis Logistics, we invest in our people.
