£55,000 PRO RATA + Holiday + Pension + Mon‑Fri Flexi‑Time + High Autonomy + Site Based
Commutable from Exeter, Torquay, Honiton, Tiverton, Newton Abbott and surrounding areas.
Overview
Oversee a 5‑month technical project from start to completion within a full‑scale modular build, leading HSE management, quality control, subcontractor coordination and day‑to‑day site operations. Must have experience in modular construction, construction or healthcare facilities and M&E base knowledge.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day site operations from set‑up through to completion and handover.
* Facilitate stakeholder communication and organize meetings.
* Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Manage sub‑contractors, HSE standards and quality control.
Candidate Qualifications
* Previous experience in Construction/Modular Site Management or Supervisor roles.
* Experience with Healthcare related projects is an advantage.
* Comfortable working in a fixed‑term contract position.
